Created using a single estate dark chocolate from Colombia, and dusted in fine quality cocoa powder. Rich and smooth, excellent with coffee or a good thirty year old sherry. Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa solids, 60 percent min, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cream, milk, butter, invert sugar, salt.
