Melt Bar IV To Confuse matters white chocolate is not, in fact, chocolate. It has no cocoa solids, but does contain cocoa butter. Saying that, there is a time and a place for white chocolate and it can be the perfect base for interesting flavour combinations. The recipe we have designed at Melt is feminine and sophisticated. Natural oils from grapefruit are balanced with an interesting herbal note of rosemary. Cocoa nib and tangerine zest are the finishing touches. Ingredients: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), tangerine zest, grapefruit oil, cocoa nibs, dried rosemary.
