All UK orders received by 06:00am UK time (please note: this also includes Next Day Deliveries) - will be processed and shipped by the end of the working day by standard delivery. Please be aware that with Next Day Deliveries being recieved on a Friday Afternoon delivery will almost certainly be Monday at the earliest as Royal Mail do not recognise Saturday deliveries and some Post Offices do not recognise Saturday Next Day Postings.

UK Delivery

Standard shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail, the cost of which is £3.95 - delivery 3 - 10 working days. We also offer Next Day Delivery, using Royal Mail Registered Next Day Delivery, which costs £7.50. For the last week leading up to Christmas the minimum postage will be £7.50.

EU Delivery

Standard shipping to countries within the European Union is by Royal Mail, the cost of this service is £7.50 - delivery 5 - 10 working days. We also offer an Express Delivery Service on request.

Worldwide Orders

Standard shipping to countries outside the European Union is by Royal Mail, the cost of this service is £7.50 - delivery 5 - 10 working days. We also offer an Express Delivery Service on request.

Next Day Deliveries must be ordered before 12 noon for same day despatch, therefore only available between Monday and Thursday morning. Items ordered Thursday Afternoon or Friday as Next Day will normally arrive on Monday Morning.
During hot spells we would not normally despatch chocolates to sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend so therefore the item will be despatched early Monday morning therefore ensuring the quality of the chocolates upton arrival.
If you wish to take responsibility of the condition of the chocolates and have them despatched regardless then please state when ordering.
